In our office we try to use DraftSight (used to work with aCadLT) on both mac and windows platforms. 

We are experiencing very slow open times (10 - 15 minutes) for files with one or more x-refs. As soon as we bind the x-refs to a file, it opens fast again. Can you help us to reduce the time to open those files

I have attatched A-46.4-003.dwg (and related X-refs) as a really bad example.

The solution of this problem is essential for our implementation af DraftSight.
