When trying to upgrade to the latest version of free Draftsight I get the following error message:

Program required for this install to complete could not be run. Uninstall_swinstactsvc.exe

There is no record of this file in my computer, so how do I either get a copy of this file or perform a cleanout of the existing Draftsight 64-bit program files and folders?
