Welcome to all on first visit!

I have a few questions:

1. How do I set up Text, Dimensions, etc. so I can see regardless of scale and paper size?
2. Preferences exists for System, Groups/Teams, Users and Drawings. Can I setup Preferences once and transfer to others?
