I work for Habitat and am purchasing some floor plans that I can have sent in a DWF file. I am looking for a software I can put these files into and adjust the plans to meet our affiliate's specs. Would the Draftsight allow me to do that and can I get it for free since I am not using the product for commercial purposes?
