All of my default ribbons/toolbars have disappeared. It was all default settings. I have tried latest SP, chatbot, going through the support topics, right clicking and going through the OPTIONS menu. I cannot seem to get the default tool bars back. 

All I see is EPORT ATTACH AND POWERTOOLS with a file open.

Any ideas?
