Hi,

I'm new to DraftSight but have used AutoCAD for some years.  The program stops responding as soon as I use TRIM.  I have not got as far as using many other functions because it would be pointless if I can't use the fundamental things.

I'm using a AlthonX2 Toshiba notebook with up to date Vista 32.  It is otherwise OK, well, as far as Vista goes anyway.  Other programs running at the same time are unaffected by DraftSight stops and has to be closed with Task Manager.

Any ideas or do I give up now?
