Program does not run.
After only the first screen, it disappears again and there is no progress. (No error message popup)
After deleting and proceeding with the program and folder as follows, the same problem occurs.

1. Remove all currently installed versions of DraftSight from Control Panel Add or Remove Programs or Apps and Features
2. Delete the folder below
  a) C: \\ Program Files \\ Dassault Systemes \\ DraftSight
  b) C: \\ ProgramData \\ Dassault Systemes \\ DraftSight
  c) C: \\ Users \\\\ AppData \\ Roaming \\ DraftSight
  d) C: \\ Users \\\\ AppData \\ Local \\ Dassault Systemes \\ DraftSight
3. Go to https://www.3ds.com/products-services/draftsight-cad-software/free-download/ and download and run the program again.

I purchased a new license this time, but it cannot be used due to a launch error.
