Having an issue regarding custom drafting styles and saving information between shutdowns. Our line of work and our particular drafting style requires the font to be Arial, dimension scaling to be 10.0 and the precision of linear dimensions to be 0. I have attempted to create a new profile and a new style and clicking apply many times.

The issue I'm having is, once the software has been shutdown and restarted everything I set simply disappears. The custom profile remains but the the custom style name vanishes from the list and it simply reverts back to "standard" with the prohibited symbol next to its name. 

I have tried following online instructions but it seems something is wrong here, does anyone have any insight or a simple step by step list of their own that can assist me with this issue please?
