Hi. We had an installation of Draftsight Professional installed on a laptop. This laptop was irretrievably lost and so we weren't able to "uninstall" the draftsight software. We have now tried to reinstall on to a replacement laptop however we are getting the following error "C Count already exceeded" when trying to activate the software. Please advise how we can resolve this. Thanks
