I am an IT tech that is having an issue with one of my users. He was using Draftsight with no problems up until recently when the newest version was released (v1R3.2), He installed the upgrade and everything was fine. However, now, his activation has run out and it is time to reactivate. When he does so, it freezes his entire laptop up, forcing a hard shut down. It does this every time we try to reactivate. I have tried activating with a different email address, same issue. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling, no help. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling an older version, still no help. Do you have any suggestions? As we really would like to get this running on this laptop again.
