DraftSight crashes when startup...

Tuesday I bought DraftSight Professional 2019. After the installation, it did work as expected.

Wednesday and today it crash every time I try to start the program.

I've tried to repair the installation, and to uninstall / install several times.

I've tried to download/run the installation from both Internet Explorer and Chrome.

I've uninstalled the program, shut down the computer, started again, installed the program.... And every time with the same result: 'DraftSight crash report' (see picture).

I've, btw, send a lot of these 'crash reports' to performance@draftsight the last couple of days. No answers.

I've tried to chat with the 'Need help?' service at the DraftSight website. No help at all.

I've been searching for similar problems in this 'Community'. No help or solution.

Any solution - please?
