I'm running Draftsight 64bit V1R5.2 x64 in windows 8.1

Draftsight stopped running for me in my current "normal" User profile.  However, it still runs fine in other accounts on the same machine!

I've compared tasks running between a working profile and the normal one, and killed all tasks that are "extra" in the "normal" profile. It still crashes.
