DraftSight activation transition failed: Activation count exceeded

Hi I renewed the DraftSight Standard on 6/1/2004, downloading the file DraftSight64_2024.exe from the link you provided in the email: http://www.draftsight.com/Download

Anyway, following the standard procedure, the installed version is now DraftSight Premium 2024 SP0 x64. I highlight also that at the end of 2023 I upgraded my Windows operating system from 10 to 11.

When I try to activate the product, I receive the following warning (this is my translation from Italian):

"The current computer identifier (0) does not match the previously used computer identifier (1). It is possible to continue, but there may be problems with activation or deactivation in the future. Contact the support representative."

Trying to restart the activation, I get the following error message (again, my translation):

"Activation transition failed: Activation count exceeded. Deactivate a license on another computer and try again. For more information, visit the My.SolidWorks page. (3/0)"

I sent 3 support requests similar to this one, but never got answer. The 30 days of free use are expiring and I need DraftSight for my job!

Can you please help me in solving this issue before DraftSight stops to work?
