some of our clients are under domain network,  who installed DraftSight and activated initially with the help of saving proxy details. after some period they noticed that it is asking for reactivation. but when we try again to add proxy settings it has not been saved. Can some one could help me on this?

 FYI, The 6 months period is not yet completed, with in 2 or 3 months after their activation only they are facing this issue.
