Our company usesSolidWorks and we want to test DraftSight to determine if it is good enough to replace AutoCAD to support our legacy AutoCAD files.

We are trying to activate DraftSight licenses at various locations throughout  our company in North America. But the activation screen displays the message "Activation server not available. Please check your internet connection" and the email address box is grayed out. We are assuming it is an issue with the company internet or network security but we dont know where start looking. Obviously we can click ‘Activate later’ to continue until the 30 days is up. Can anyone direct us how we should proceed  to resolve this problem?
