DraftSight aborted IMMEDIATELY when started

HELP!I installed the latest version of the software and when I click to enter ...Abort Immediately ...

I uninstalled, cleaned the entire Windows registry, but it did not solve ...

I tried to run the patch (which says I do not need it since I have SP1 installed).I click twice, and only blinks and aborts immediately.

HOW CAN I RESOLVE THIS ???
