Question for customer service
I am after some feedback from a service request submitted 11 March. Have not had any feedback except an automated reply. When can this be looked at?

Issue with Production activation - current computer identifier (0) does not match.... also deactivation issue (in SR:1-23468977813)
Note Solidworks update to 2021 also had this issue, evidently a known issue which sometimes happens.(Solidworks issue resolved)
