Following situation:

UserA installs Draftsight on PC1

UserB log in on PC1 and want to start DraftSight 2019. On every Start of DraftSight Windows configures Draftsight because DraftSight get no access to the appdata Folder of UserA.

Why do DraftSight want to have access to an other appdata folder?? This is not acceptable!!
