I hope someone can help me with this annoying issue!!
I have been a paying customer of Draftsight for 3 years now and have recently installed Draftsight onto my PC and when the account activation process is started, I get to the very end and get the message "Activation transaction failed: Activation count Draftsight exceeded. Either deactivate a license from another computer and retry, or contact your reseller". I don't have Draftsight on any other PC, so I'm struggling to see how I've used up my licenses. The 'RESELLER' is Solidworks, which I find INCREDIBLY difficult to contact regarding any issue. Any clues or ideas???
