DraftSight 2018

I am a retired tool design engineer and have used AutoCAD on the job for20+ years.  After I retired, I purchased the PERMANENT version of DraftSight.  After using it for a while, I purchased the PERMANENT PROFESSIONAL upgrade.  I had no issues with the software and was pleased with the software.  On several occasions I was told to RE-ACTIVATE the software and have had no issues with the process.  This time the re-activation process DID NOT WORK. An -mail was sent stating that the software was SUCCESFULLY completed.  I DO NOT THINK SO!!!  The program shuts down after a few minutes an a "SOLID WORKS Activation Wizard Initialization Issue 72" pops up an the system crashes.  I DO NOT HAVE SOLID WORKS!!!  THERE IS NO WHERE to get technical support, a phone number or anyway to speak with a REAL technician.  It is unsatisfactory and unprofessional that DASSAULT SYSTEMS and DraftSight has no REAL PERSON support.  Has this happened to anyone and how can it be resolved?? any help would ge appreciated.
