I have downloaded and installed Draft Sight onto a number of computers but I have one that absolutely refuses to launch the program at all. 

It is not even coming up with a run time error. The program looks like it is about to launch, then the screen flashes white and it shuts down - and that is it. 

I am running Windows 7, 64 bit OS. Intel Core i5-3230M CPU on a Dell Vostro.

I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling it. The computer has the correct specs - it is exactly the same as another one that has no problem opening the program. I have also tried the Hot Fix solution but that is not resolving anything. I have checked the compatibility and that the program has actually been installed in the program files directory, which it has.

If anyone has any solutions for this I would be hugely grateful as I have run out of ideas.
