Hello I've been using draftsight for years now and i just updated to 2018 draftsight and it won't activate properly, so I can't get it to work. It keeps coming up with please reactivate your product, so I try to input my email address and all that good stuff and I never get an activation email and it just blows draftsight away. I have also had the issue on another PC that says you need to reactivate and nothing ever comes up to reactivate my product and I can't get into the product to try anything. I have uninstalled and reinstalled. Any help please?

Plus I am using Windows 10 x64 on both machines if that helps.
