I'm sure there have been a lot of questions regarding this issue. I work in the technology department and our engineers use the free version of draftsight. I have a user that gets prompted to activate his account/profile by entering his email and credentials. Once this is done he is supposed to receive an activation email. This process was tried several times by the user and myself. I then installed the hotfix but was prompted with an error message advising that the process cannot be completed because none of the products defined in this hotfix are installed, "Your system has not been modified". I then uninstalled draftsight and went through the same process and got the same result. Anyone got any suggestions. Thanks.
