V14 was working fine - Win XP (32bit) 

Downloaded V15  - appears to install fine.  Activate request come up, fill in my info

Goes directly to draftsight - no acknowledgment of activation.  Immediately on starting  I get an error message

Draftsight Alert  "Program must close - before program closes you can try to save your work ...

Next a window pops up

Rundll32.exe not found - procedure entry point SymInitializew could not be located in DLL dbghelp.dll.  no choice but to press OK

New window Rundll - error loading ...\\bin\\fxcrashrpt.dll file not found.

Final message Draftsight has stopped working  - report could not be sent.

tried uninstall and reinstalling, no change,

tried deleting manually and reinstalling.

WORKED FINE BEFORE UPGRADE.
