We bought some DraftSight standard license and get serial number but one of our user activate as DraftSight premium license.

After one month using DraftSight premium as trial duration, DraftSight requests to activate.

We try to activate but the activation@solidworks.com said that the lisence serial number was already activeted and deactivate it by other computer.

How can we deactivate the activated lisence?

Can we down grade the Draft Sight from preium grade to standard?

Please advice
