How do you model the internal damping in a cantilever beam?

I am trying to use the 'mechanical' ... 'damping' option in the edit material dialog box.

All I can find about the material (lead zirconate titanate 5a) is that the mechanical Q is 80.

What should I enter in the 'alpha' 'beta' 'composite' and 'structural' boxes?
