Creating a support ticket ends with an error message

It is not possible to activate Draftsight 2025 Professional with the serial number supplied.

When creating a support ticket, an error message appears at the end. I have been trying since yesterday morning. Also the upload of an attachment does not work on the German request-form page, on the English one it is possible but the same error message appears after pressing the send button.
