I Opened up Draft Sight Left Click on Grid to Display on Work Space.

In the Main Menu Left Click on File then Left Click on New.

Specify Template Dialog Box Displays then Left Click on Standsrd.dwt, Left Click on Open.

In the Main Menu Left Click on Format It's List Displays then Left Click on Unit System.

Options- Drawing Settings Dialog Box Displays The Units System Displays.

Length set Type to Architectural Precision to 1/4"

Angle set Type Deg/Min/Sec Precision to 0d00'00"

Set Unit Scale to Feet

Next Left Click on Drafting Styles

Left Click on Dimension list Icon + then Left Click on Linear Dimension List Icon +.

Set Format to Architectural then Set Precision to1/4"

Left Click on Apply then OK

With Grid Displayed & Ortho on I Drew a 6'3" Line I Started close to the Origin

the Line went out Side the Grid Boundary

I Previously Created a Architectural  Template It worked the 6'3" Line Stayed inside the Grid

I'm not sure what I'm Doing Wrong  when I Tried to create another Architectural Template
