I would like to create an icon for the "save as" command.  There is no icon associated with this command.  The simple thing would be to copy the "save" icon and change its color (from blue to yellow).  Is there a way to do this?  Can I create an icon in a paint program (what are the pixel dimensions of icons?) and save it as a png (?) file into the folder where the icons are located.  What is the folder name where icons are located?

I'm using Windows7 64bit
