Corrupt local license - Activation count exceeded…3/0

Hi everyone,
I used the support request form 3 times in 10 days to receive assistance, but I didn't receive any email.

I installed Draftsight 2024, on the same Workstation where Drafsight 2023 is installed (as usual when there is an upgrade), but the license had a problem, the activation software says that the limit of 3/0 activations has been exceeded.

I have only one PC with a single license, upgrading with new versions has always been successful. I don't know what happened this time.

In the FAQ the problem is described, but the procedure says to disable the license, but it is still the same computer and there is nothing to disable... (the software says).

I also tried installing it on a laptop, but the activation software returns the same error.

Do you have an alternative solution to reset the licenses or contact support, it's absurd that you don't receive immediate support for a problem like this... Now I'm working with the Trial version of 2024, but there aren't many days left until the deadline.
