Hello, one of our users is unable to draw lines and dimensions. We recently purchased Draftsight Standard and upgraded from the free version to the latest one. Since then, he is unable to do anything. We tried renaming the DS registry key and forcing it to create a new one at relaunch, and it worked for a bit but is now doing the same thing. We tried the renaming again, but this time it did nothing. Can anyone help with this?
