Yesterday when I tried to open the software, I experienced unexpected error where something crashes have happened. I followed the message and sent a zip file regarding the crash description but no answer from "performance@draftsight.com". Now I can not open the software in original PC. I tried to open it by another PC but it shows that activation in original PC needs to be cancelled. Unfortunately I can not open the software in original PC which means I can not cancel activation in original PC.
