After a Windows Update yesterday, I can no longer select an object in an existing drawing in DraftSight Professional 2019 SP3. I need to modify a schematic I had been working on two days ago, but when I select a line, rectangle, or any object in Model space, the object is highlighted for a second or so and then unselects automatically so I cannot perform any action to delete, move, or otherwise modify. The first time I opened DraftSight this morning, I had a popup message stating my video driver was out-dated, so I'm wondering if the Windows update may have screwed up the video driver somehow? Or if there is another issue? This is the first time I've tried to use DraftSight since the Windows update that occurred yesterday on my machine, so that is the only thing I can think of that would have made DraftSight suddenly unusable. Any suggestions on a fix?
I have been trying to find a support phone number for DraftSight for at least half an hour or more without luck. Is there any phone support for this product? If so, can somebody share the phone number with me?
