I have long had issues working with arcs - sometimes I can extend/trim them to another entity, sometimes not; sometimes I can filet them, either with another arc or a line segment, sometimes not.

I have discovered that some of the arcs give an incorrect Arc Length in the Properties panel.  The length for the inverse portion of the arc that is not drawn (not showing) is given in the Properties panel (ARC-02).  The problem becomes very evident when I import a DXF of the file into GIS (ARC-03).  GIS draws the inverse portion of the arcs that gave an incorrect Arc Length in the Properties panel in DS.

Has anyone else experienced this, either on Mac or other platforms?
