Being trained on AutoCAD, I'm trying to figure out (2) things.

1. How do I (or can I) set my text to be annotative to plot scale. If I want my text to plot at 3/32" paper text height, how I set it and be annotative to the paper plot scale...

2. In the paper tab how do I set my viewport to view at a particular scale

Basically, are there settings similar to AutoCAD 2015 for how text plots relative to the chosen text height and plot scale (viewport scale)
