I have an ongoing problem with drawing views. When I move a view, the associated bubbles, and sometimes the dimensions don't move with it. And sometimes they go invisible. Not 100% of the time, but when it starts it continues until I close a drawing. The main trigger seems to be if I move multiple views from multiple parts at once. If I hover my mouse over where they used to be, they reappear. If I close, and then reopen the drawing, everything is fixed.

Attached is an image showing the issue. And a 2nd one, showing that I can highlight the annotation, if I hover over it.

I am confident it is the video card and/or driver. I don't have a certified video card, so, am just seeking advice about any tweaks I could try to solve this issue.
