Hello, Some versions of draftsight 2016,2017, etcc. I have the worry as an attachment. I tried as administrator, or other but it does not change anything. What I do, file => Open, save under or even browse in options, the application closes with the Alert message as an attachment. PC under Windows 10 (1607) and Draftsight version 16.2.3034.
