When trying to upgrade from Draftsight 2023 to 2024 (purchased via the Draftsight Store), the following error occurs on several PCs:
Activation transaction failed: Activation count exceeded. Deactivate a license from another computer and retry. Visit My.SolidWorks for more information. (3/0)
The licenses are only installed once. I have tried several times to submit a ticket to support at

several times, but I do not receive a reply or service request number (how can I, if I cannot enter an email address in the form)
The problem has been going on for 7 days now ... and so far I have not found a solution or received any help from Draftsight. Who can help?
