Activation / Program Crashing issues

Running 2017 SP3

Initially, after months of normal use, the program started pushing me into an "activation loop" where I would have to activate the software, but the email would never send. I tried several addresses and finally got one to work after about 10 tries (to the same address). Now, draftsight lauches but immediately crashes with no reports or messages.

I have added 3ds.com, draftsight.com to my trusted sites, and have confirmed my Administrative privileges.

I've seen several of these same issues popping up on this page, so I don't think this is a client side issue.
