I am unable to activate DraftSight.  I get the e-mail confirmation, click on the link and get an error message.

When I go to iQuestions, there are no solutions given which work.  I end up at the Installation and Activation PDF, which has a flow chart that takes me up to the point of my error. But at the point of my error there is only a YES branch in the flow chart.  At that point, my answer is NO, but there is only a choice of YES.

I have made sure the Automatically Detect Settings in the LAN Settings is not enabled, as some have suggested, but that does not help.

?HELP!!! How do I successfully activate this software???
