Hello everybody,

I have recently purchased Draftsight 2019 professional unfortunately during installation by the second activation it gives an error?

--- activation transaction failed: serial number is not draftsight entitled to draftsight 2019 ---

I have tried to search everywhere but I cant find any answer...

If anybody has a answer on the subject or may know who to contact, please respond.
