Hello,

I have several computers with DraftSight 2017 SP0 installed and some will not open certain drawings (dwg AutoCAD 2015). They receive the "drawing file requires recovery would you like to proceed/open" when you choose yes to open it and try to recover it will NOT open the drawing. I read that to resolve this issue I should install SP2 as that is part of the fix. This did not work either. I literally have the same set up on all the machines yet only a few have this issue. This is the free version.

Any suggestions?
