When the preference 'Compliant with Scheduling and Execution' is turned on, the option to create a Resource-System Scope is taken away from the toolbar. Does creating such a scope prevent export to Apriso or Ortems? Even if a scope is made to allow a virtual build up, the commands to manage capable resources are still available to allow primary and secondary resources to be allocated as an additional step.
In summary, can such a scope be made and still be compliant with MOM?
