In DELMIA V6 Process Definition workbench,we can create the following processes:
- create assembly proess
- provide process
- transform process
- fasten process
- Remove Material Type Processes
- Create Part Process
- Create Material Process
- Create Kit Process
in my opinion:
Create Assembly Process is the process to assembly a component into the input manufactured product by robot or worker;
Provide Process is the process to provide a component in order to treat it such as assembly, transport, paint or else;
Tranform process is the process to treat the input manufcatured product such as transport, paint or else ;
Fasten process is the process to fasten a component into another component with bolts , by welding, or else;
Remove Material Type Process is the maching process such as drilling;
But I cannot understand what are the other processes stand for? such as what is the Create Part Process and in which case I need to use it?
So if you can explain in detail when it need to use Create Part Process,Create Material Process,and Create Kit Process, it will be very appreciated.
