I am having a problem keeping the hands in the right position in the simulation. The scenario (attached) shows a handling operation of two workers positioning a large part on a dipositive. Can anyone help me find a better way to adjust the position of the hands?

I also need to adjust the drop point to facilitate dropping the part, where the worker doesn't get down (and stays far from the correct position).

*Observation: the simulation shared only one worker doing the activity to facilitate the answer and the tests.
