Would you please let the community know about the requirement needed to run the 3DEXPERIENCE platform on workstation or laptop? Especially for Simulation purpose?

I've got some feedbacks about a simulation that ran in 3 hours for a simple model. The same machine is used to run Abaqus (legacy) which runs normally.

What do we have to ask to users to test their machine compatibility?
