I recently purchased a student license of 3DX. I was never able to open any application, but ever since I changed the port number (copied from the 3dxlauncher on my desktop), the "unable to retrieve install data" error has been appearing. What should I do to change the port number again on the webpage? I read something about incompatibility between Windows Home's versions and 3DX... is that true? Please help me
