Subscription not showing up for account

I purchased a Solidworks student license in March of this year, but when I am logging into my account it says that I have no current subscriptions. I have been trying to add the featureworks add on, but it doesn't seem to work and I am wondering if the account issue has something to do with it, as well as how to get this straightened out to accurately represent my purchase.
