Stacked in the accessing online CAD tools, after sponsorship granted

Greetings!

ISSUE

I applied for sponsorship for SOLIDWORKS Cloud Apps, which is supposed to include online CAD tools. However, my "roles" in dashboard are limited to "3dswymer" and "collaborative industry innovator". I applied as an individual, not a team. Following the tutorial, I have created a 3DSpace.

What I Have Done

I've tried searching for tutorials online, and some people mentioned that a "team leader" could change member roles in the "company" section; clearly, this does not apply to my situation. 

On the "request roles" page for "3D designer students", I selected "contact us," but I could not connect. 

I also installed the 3Dexperience R2025x hotfix 0.16 locally, but it had no effect.

 

Any insights or solutions would be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance for your help!
