I renewed my student edition subscription for Solidworks, downloaded and installed the software, and now I can't activate it.
I updated the serial number on my online profile to current one received in the mail, but it doesn't appear to be working. The error messages keep saying I need to contact my support representative, but I don't have any way to do that to my knowledge. Anyone know what to do from here?
